To cancel a booking, you must notify Palomino Training Solutions in writing at least 10 working days before the course date and we will refund you the course fee less the 50% non-refundable deposit.

If you cancel less than 10 working days prior to the course, no refund can be given but you may transfer to another course or a substitute delegate may be sent.

Unfortunately, no refunds or credits can be given to delegates who do not attend.
